Our Verification Process
We understand that accuracy is critical in real estate. Here is how we verify listing data to bring transparency to the property market.

Real estate is dynamic. Unit availability disappears, launch dates get deferred, and pricing strategies shift continuously. Below is an outline of our verification matrix and how we attempt to combat misinformation.
Multi-Source Cross-Checking
When a project is added to our platform, we do not rely on a single document. Our data team cross-references the developer's provided brochures with official RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) filings, sanctioned floor plans, and state-level real estate portal disclosures.
Developer & Builder Authentication
Before granting a developer a "Premium Profile" on our platform, we verify their corporate identity. We review their delivery track record, check for major litigation histories (when publicly available), and authenticate the contact persons submitting the listing requests.
Continuous Audits & Community Flagging
Verification is not a one-time event. We periodically scan our database to update the construction status of projects and reflect latest price brackets. Furthermore, we empower our user community to "Flag" inconsistencies, which triggers an immediate internal review of the listing.
Important Limitation: Absolute Guarantees
Despite our rigorous checks, we cannot guarantee 100% real-time accuracy regarding inventory availability or final negotiated pricing, as these are controlled exclusively by the builder's sales team. You should always verify final binding details before signing legal documents. Read our Disclaimer for more.
