Our Commitment

Editorial Policy

How we ensure all content on Home Nesto is accurate, objective, and inherently useful to our users.

LAST UPDATED: MAY 18, 2026

1. Core Content Philosophy

Our ultimate goal is to publish helpful, rigorously accurate, and easy-to-understand real estate content. Finding a property or making an investment shouldn't require decoding dense jargon or filtering out aggressive sales pitches. We prioritize creating educational content that empowers our readers to make informed, independent decisions.

2. Objectivity and Independence

We maintain strict editorial independence. While we may feature advertisements or sponsored projects (which will always be clearly labeled as such), our editorial articles, neighborhood reviews, and buying guides are created independently of any advertising or commercial considerations.

  • No Pay-to-Play Journalism: Builders cannot pay to alter the factual findings of an independent neighborhood review.
  • Clear Separation: Sponsored content is visually distinct from our organic editorial content.

3. Fact-Checking & Sourcing

Reliable real estate data is critical. To ensure accuracy, our writers and editors follow these guidelines:

  • Prices, area dimensions, and possession dates are sourced directly from developer RERA filings, official brochures, or verified on-ground sources whenever possible.
  • Where details are estimated, projected, or uncertain (such as future infrastructure developments), we aim to state that clearly to not mislead the user.
  • We avoid sensationalism. Property appreciation is never presented as a "guarantee".

4. Corrections and Updates

Real estate is not static. If errors are identified by our team or our readers, we move quickly to address them. Furthermore, we routinely audit our older content to update pricing trends, RERA status changes, and regulatory adjustments.
